Recommended Dosage

The recommended guide dosage for SikaControl®-777 is:

100–200 ml per 50 kg bag of cementitious material.

The exact optimum dosage should be established through trial mixes before full-scale production.

Higher dosages may be required in certain concrete formulations or where water reduction greater than 15% is required. Dosage should always be determined according to the actual mix design and project requirements.

Mixing and Application

SikaControl®-777 is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid admixture.

For optimum plasticizing and water-reduction performance, Sika recommends adding the admixture to the concrete after approximately 50–70% of the mixing water has already been added.

Basic Application Procedure:

1. Prepare the concrete or mortar mix according to the approved mix design.
2. Add approximately 50–70% of the required mixing water.
3. Add the required quantity of SikaControl®-777.
4. Continue mixing until a homogeneous mix is obtained.

Sika does not recommend adding SikaControl®-777 directly to dry aggregate or cement.
